GMO FREE is the Way to be!
Yes I’m taking on the new challenge of a non GMO food photo essay!
Learning to eat clean, and go GMO free can be ridiculously frustrating, educating, and can we say just a hair expensive. Over the course of the next year I am going to dive into understanding whats in our food; starting with how its grown, what it looks like, what it tastes like (adult, teen, and youth tastebuds will be utilized), length of time before it’s un-edible, how long it should be on the shelf, and how long it actually lasts on the shelf. We will also explore the difference in seeds, farming, genetics, the game geographic location plays, the difference in quality across a variety of markets and how the sustainability plays into the future of US Farming.

Taste Test Results:
7 Year Old: Immediately preferred the organic berries, specifically noted the deeper red color in the whole berries, and the rich sweet taste. The Non organic berries were noted to be a bit “sour tasting” or Bitter, and not as juicy as the “uber berries” noting the size and shape difference.
